COMPLETE TOTAL BODY WORKOUT – Gymnastics Conditioning, Bodybuilding, Bodyweight Fitness Routines

A few different workouts I put together working the whole body through a combination of gymnastics conditioning, bodyweight fitness movements and bodybuilding exercises. Each body part is broken down into its own section – back, biceps, chest, triceps, shoulders, traps, legs, abs/core, and you can do 1 or 2 body parts a day or just pick a few different exercises from each section to create your own workout. I am a gymnast and gymnastics coach for 25 years and still enjoy this awesome sport.
