  1. the key is do something that tests your endurance (hiit or miss) daily..
    but vary your training! martial arts, rowing, running, climbing, hikes,
    swimming, sports, are all ways to vary the stimulus of your cardio lol and
    to get effective training while making training fun! I do muay Thai and
    boxing 6 days a week so my problem is not fat loss rather holding on to and
    building muscle mass without completely over training.. its all balance!
    good luck and remember nutrient timing with clean foods is key
