    Bhaiya mai 1 months se fat cutting par hu aor maine 5 kg loose kiya hai..
    And carbs bilkul bhi nahi le Raha hu
    Morning me soyabean aor arahar ki daal
    Lunch me 4 egg white
    Aor night me 2 egg white and again daal and sprouts
    Please tell me should I add something to my diet.and I do both time gym
    Morning 7-8
    Evening 8,30-10
