  2. Whole body training works. I am Leg pressing 425 deep leg presses ,5 reps. I have gained so much strength doing whole body. I am doing pull ups. Never could do it before doing the dumb ass split training that some robots do. Get out of the box and learn something new.

  3. On average I do a 20-22 hour fast. So anywhere between 140-150 hours a week! 😶 never thought about it that way
