Mini Cut Begins

Mini Cut starts now and I explain why and how I am going to start. Fat loss for a short time frame is not something I usually suggest but for me it will have a large impact as I am still pretty lean. I have also been training for 20 plus years so I am not worried about muscle loss. This cut is purely about improving my aesthetics for some events.

  1. I am gonna challenge you to try a Keto or super low carb under 50 g carb cut 5 days a week and 2 days refeed. I have had some great drops doing this!
