SERRATUS AND OBLIQUES TWISTING EXERCISES – Abs and Core Workout for Gymnastics and Fitness

A stomach and core workout specifically targeting the obliques and serratus (the finger like muscles between the ribs connecting the upper and lower abs to the obliques), including some newer twisting exercises like plank twists and hollow hold twists and other ab exercises to strengthen the core and midsection for gymnastics and general fitness. My channel has videos on men’s gymnastics and women’s gymnastics (tutorials, workouts and training clips), fitness (including bodyweight fitness, calisthenics, crossfit and bodybuilding), parkour and free running, cheer and cheerleading, circus (aerial silks and fabrics, some tutorials and training clips from NJ Circus Center), a little tricking and breakdancing, GoPro POV shots, vlogs and other things that I might like to share.
