  1. What about the Highbrid squat? It sounds gimmicky but Isn’t that the most
    casual way people squat? I love high/low bar squatting but I’m gonna have
    to disagree on this one, I believe you should be doing both forms
    frequently that’s how I been squatting for the past 8months I’ve been
    progressing at good rate no stalling. I say this b/c my legs are developing
    well. But a year ago I had an ugly imbalance, my right quads was smaller
    then the other and it was ugly. This was from doing Jefferson squats worst
    leg exercise. Don’t ever try it.
