Everybody is mindlessly scrolling through instagram or typing in the youtube searchbar or typing in the google searchbar what’s the best exercise to lose fat?
And the truth is, the only way to actually lose the most fat. Is to control your calories. If you can do that. You’re going to make the most progress you will have ever made. I know it’s not a fancy way of saying, YOU HAVE TO TRACK YOUR CALORIES. But to be very real with you. It’s just the only way to actually lose all of the bodyfat you want to lose because well..

We’re living in this society now that is throwing food at you everywhere you go. If you step out on the streets you’re going to be with food. Thousands and thousands and thousands of calories will be thrown at you and if you don’t pay attention to it you can eat ten thousand calories without even noticing it!!
So if you want to actually make a change and you want to take control of your body and make the change that you desire.
