Most people think there’s some special way of eating to help you burn fat or that trying the latest fad diet is going to be the magic solution to their problems, people are always looking for a quick fix when it comes to fat loss. They eat low carb diets, they stay away from fat, they go super low with their calories, and basically starve themselves.
Problem is none of this really gives you the fat loss you really want. Maybe at first you’ll notice some fat loss with your new diet, but if it’s too restrictive and if you see it as a temporary way of eating or as a quick fix, you’re not going to stick with it. Cutting carbs and doing all these temporary diets will only take you so far before you crash and revert back to your old habits, losing any progress that you made.
