    1. Manx Missile! Ok , I use the Neo in ERG mode which has a bit of a learning curve eg for 6 sec Sprints I use 8 sec to allow for slow reaction , also the workout you do on this video I would use ERG for the first 4 Intervals then turn it off for the last so I could go to my maximum for the 5th , I think both have advantages and disadvantages, anyway I’ve started your training recommendations with the Sprints yesterday, much tougher than it looks on paper

    2. Lone Rider Currently, the Elite Drivo, but i use it in manual mode i. e. level resistance mode to adjust according to the power/cadence that is required for a workout.
